So my iPhone was stolen over a week ago. I have made a claim already.. my problem is that you have to send in a Affidavit and a copy of your ID with it having the correct address on it. I work everyday and the place is closed when I get off.  I would get online and do it but it will not accept my form of payment ( cash app). I need my phone replaced so bad. My old phone which is a Samsung A20 has been hacked and has a virus. On top of that I just hate Samsung and miss my iphone so bad.. Someone please tell me how to get this stupid insurance company to give me a break... I updated my address with boost already, I have been a faithful, loyal customer and this sucks....
