Samsung S8 not able to receive/make calls or texts

My phone had an update over the weekend and since then I have not been able to make or receive calls or texts.  I have done all the cache clearing, starting and restarting with no luck.  Any thoughts?  I need my phone to work from home and log into a secure VPN so I am desperate.

Joy,
Has boost reached out to Samsung? You guys can carrier lock phones to the Boost network, so I would assume someone in the Boost organization could get in touch with Samsung easier than users can. Right?

To send a Private Message you can go to your profile and click on the icon with an envelope. Then you enter the username of the person you want to send a message to and the subject. Or you can go to the user profile by clicking on the username and click on "Send this user a Private Message".

2 weeks later STILL NO FIX. STILL NO COMPENSATION. We have a family member in the hospital right now, and this unreliable phone has cost us precious time WE WILL NEVER GET BACK. .

@MORAGAMI I'm so sorry about the family member in the hospital. We're having a similar situation with my mom being the one in the hospital and if I had my husband's phone instead, I would not be getting all the information necessary. His is the S8 that is having problems. I'm thankful to have my much cheaper LG that has not been experiencing any difficulties.

It SOOOO annoying, you keep telling THOUSANDS of customers to DM you, just to have us enter ##72786#?  Over and over? That's the fix, to just constantly lose texts and not receive vital messages... but that's OK, just type ##72786# and pow, NOTHING WILL BE FIXED.  BOOST won't give credits for this, and my wife has MISSED OVER 30 messages this month!!!!!  It may be worth it to just switch to another carrier, if only BOOST's garbage phones would unlock.   A VERY ANGRY BOOST CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!  AUUUUGHHHHHHHH!
