Samsung Galaxy S8 suddenly won't send or receive MMS, including group messages

I was automatically moved to Boost from Virgin Mobile last year. All has worked fine until yesterday. I have 4 phones with Boost, 2 androids and 2 iPhones. 3 are working fine, however, my Galaxy S8 will no longer send or receive MMS, unless I send it to the other Samsung phone. I have read and tried all possible fixes such as resetting PRL and reseting network. Nothing has worked. I've read that many are having this problem suddenly. Please help. I need MMS for work. I will have to change carriers if not resolved soon.

The temporary fix was to switch network settings to CDMA (3G only). It allows you to send and receive MMS, but data speed will be terrible for internet. Apparently it is a problem caused by an update and they are working on a fix.

Thanks for the workaround!  Both S8 phones in my house are doing same thing.  First issues were two months ago with calls, texts, etc not working but LTE working fine, that was fixed with multiple uses of ##72786#  But as of a few days ago the MMS capabilities have now stopped working.  I've been with Boost for over 8 years, but lately Cricket Wireless is starting to look better and better...

My Samsung Galaxy S8+ has also stopped sending or receiving any group messages.  It will  also no longer accept or receive images of any kind, and if I attempt to download them manually I get "a network error has occurred" message. I need to be able to use those features for my job.  Help?

The steps are not through the messaging app. Though the phone's settings set the network mode to CDMA instead of automatic.

I have now correctly set the network type to CDMA, the phone has restarted, and the message sent..  Thank  you so much for your help.  Images previously sent are now available. Thank you so much!

I have changed the settings from automatic to txt/multimedia msgs in the messaging app.  MMS has been trying to send for 6 minutes now.  That is exactly the problem I have been having.
