The woman that set up our phones made the wrong phone the primary number. How do i switch it? Or is that even possible?

Hello, Tankgirl94. Sorry, we are unable to de-link any Family Plan lines via Community for security purposes. You will need to call Customer Care at 866-402-7366 in order to process your Family Plan de-linking request to be able to switch it.
