LG Stylo 4 slow data

Lg Stylo 4, less than a month old. Got the phone when switching over to boost from metro pcs and signing up for the $60 unlimited plan. Same day as the purchase I returned to the store due to extremely slow data speeds. Returned to point of purchase 5+ times, where the employee would play with the settings and then reassured that it was fixed or that the connection would speed up.. last attempt was yesterday, where the employee once more changed a settings and proclaimed it fixed. Sitting in the parking lot I was shocked that the recent change did nothing to improve the connection so resigned to try and contact customer service. Apparently this is the first time that my complaint about the lack of service and extremely slow data speeds was documented by boost, not any of the times I went to the store in person. I have screenshots including one from the evening of the purchase date showing unable to load webpages due to the problem. Customer service has now referred me to LG to try and resolve the issue which I in the process of. My main complaint is that I have already paid for a month of unlimited 4g LTE with a bunch of gigs of hotspot. Yes I have used phone, data and hotspot during this period but not once at anywhere near 4g LTE speeds and yes I have screenshots of speed tests on the phone and a tablet I was connected to. In 3 days I will have to pay again for services that I have never fully received with the added benefit of getting to deal with the manufacturer, LG on trying to resolve this issue. Pretty much 3 weeks of me appealing in preson have been wasted, hours spent on customer service and 'reprogramming' that did nothing and I get booted to the manufacturer.
Boost refuses to credit me for any services (like the 4g LTE speeds I have never seen) and claims that yesterday was the first time I have ever reported a problem.

Yes but there seems to be some kind of confusion regarding my question. Is there a reason why my data speed has been restricted this month?

I appreciate all the attempts thus far but nothing has changed. Because my bill was due I have switched to the $35 plan simply because I see no reason to continue to pay for services I have not been able to use.
FYI no change in speed after the change in plan although I did briefly loose my data connection when I guess it went into effect

Still waiting for a solution.... Or an answer to that question I asked about speed restrictions I posted a while back would be nice but not nearly as useful now.

Got an email asking if this was resolved. Nope, still waiting but pretty much given up hope.

The primary issue has always been slow data, since the time of purchase. LTE is displayed above the signal bar but speed is same as previously posted.

Yes, @jeffc that is understood. I recently switched to the $35 plan from the $60 unlimited data plan with 30gig of hotspot because the connection speed made the hotspot irrelevant. Before I switched I asked if my speed will be further reduced once I hit that threshold on two separate boards

It seems that people are stuck on the fact that I am now, as of Friday evening, on the 3gb high speed plan. To clarify, up until last Friday I was on the unlimited with 30 gigabytes hotspot plan. Ever since I have had this phone I have had the issue of slow data. I figured, Why should I continue to pay for service that I never received in the first place? My hotspot is so slow I was only able to use less than 1% of the 30 gigabytes. I have screenshots of my phone's data problem going back to the day I received the phone. Whether or not my data will slow down further once I reach the allotment is a question I asked over a week ago without receiving an answer so I guess I will just find out when the time comes. Very dissatisfied with this whole experience. Seems like the easiest solution would have been to try a new sim card or even different phone, the day I first reported the problem to the store I made the purchase. I was quite elated when I first signed up, the generous amounts of hotspot data with the unlimited plans and a new phone seemed a great deal because I was looking for both. I used 0.3% of the hotspot data in an attempt to download my Kindle and Google libraries onto my tablet before just giving up becauase it was so slow. If it helps, latest suggestion was a new sim card, the wipe with a clean cloth didn't help. Local stores have not been helpful in that area, I even tried 2 Sprint stores on the suggestion of someone one here. I
contacted LG prior to the whole sim card idea who had me do a factory reset.
