Debit charges

I have four different charges on my debit card from Boost mobile and I don't have Boost mobile for my cell provider. I called the number associated with the charges and the lady didn't have a clue of what to do so I asked to speak to a supervisor and was hung up on. Does anyone have a clue about what these charges are for, or what I can do before I cancel this card and get another one. I haven't had this one for quite 2 weeks yet.
