Port number from data done right plan
I tried to contact Customer Care to switch from Data Done right to Data Love Plan but was not able to speak with a representive to do so. I was told that I would be able to use my phone until the billing cycle is up. My billing cycle date is the 4th. I am not able to use my phone at all. I did order a phone-but it will not arrive until the 6th..Is there any way to have my phone/account activated until it arrives? I would also like my account number, please as I would like to keep the same phone number.
