Not subscribed to hot spot Error.

I have a hot spot activated on my plan. It worked fine yesterday (used about 75M). Today when I tried to turn it on, it popped up an error message saying I am not subscribed. I’ve tried a few different things (restarting phone, etc.), but it still does not work.

Was this ever fixed? I have the same issue. Have spoken with 3 different agent, been referred to a Samsung tech and they are positive it's a carrier issue. Have done a complete factory reset on my phone. Did the ##727 trick. Literally nothing is working. I have used 0 gigs because it keeps saying I am not subscribed.
